Returns & Exchanges
Every Amor Radical piece is chosen with care, and we want you to feel incredible in it. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle it.
Our Policy:
- Grand Opening Sale Collection, Clearance, Sale Items and any other items marked down on the site are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

Full Price Items are eligible to be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Full price items purchased using a promotional discount code (welcome offers, cart recovery, loyalty codes) but otherwise marked at full price on the site are eligible to be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- To be eligible for an exchange or store credit return, notice must be given within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

How to start a return or exchange
- Email us at returns@amorradical.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and whether you'd like an exchange (for a different size or color, if available) or store credit.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Ship your item back within 15 days of the original delivery date. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Failure to ship the item within 15 days of the original delivery date may cause your return to be denied.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll either ship your exchange or email your store credit code.
Condition requirements (please read before sending anything back)
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear, including but not limited to makeup, deodorant, perfume, body oils, pet hair, smoke, or other odors, pulls or damage to the fabric, and stretched or misshapen areas. All original tags must be intact and attached, in their original position, with no signs of removal or re-stitching. We track and inspect this carefully on every return. Items returned without tags, or with evidence of tag removal, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Items that don't meet these standards will be returned to you at your expense, and no store credit or exchange will be issued. We inspect every return carefully and photograph any issues for our records.
A few more things to know
- Items purchased using store credit, in whole or in part, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to customers whose return history suggests misuse of our return policy. We may decline future returns or limit purchases on accounts with excessive return activity.
- Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Eligible returns will receive either an exchange or store credit only.
- We do not cover return shipping costs.
- If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at help@amorradical.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
