Shipping

Where do you ship?
Anywhere within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

How soon will my order ship?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way. With processing time included, a Standard order generally arrives within 5–8 business days.

What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) is $7.95. We offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more. USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) is calculated at checkout.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package.
Email us at help@amorradical.com and we'll do our best to help you sort it out with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Items from the Grand Opening Sale collection and any other items marked down on the site (sale items, clearance) are final sale.

Items marked at full price on the site can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Full price items purchased using a promotional discount code (welcome offers, cart recovery, loyalty codes) follow our standard return policy.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit return, notice must be given within 7 days of receiving your order.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email returns@amorradical.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or store credit. We'll send instructions — ship your item back within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

What condition do items need to be in?
Unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear, with all original tags intact and untampered. Items that don't meet these standards will be returned to you at your expense.

My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong one.
Email help@amorradical.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide for measurements, and look for the fit notes on each product page. Still unsure? Message us — we're happy to help you pick.

What sizes do you carry?
Most styles come in S–L, with some one-size pieces. Exact sizing is listed on every product page. We are working on expanding the sizes we offer!

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

Do you have any current promotions?
Yes! For our Grand Opening, take $10 off orders of $75 or more — just enter your Grand Opening code at checkout. (Sign up with your email to get it.)
